LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. is formerly known as Dwibio Teguh Sdn. Bhd. It was incorporated in Malaysia on 04th July 2005 (Company No. 701620-D) under Section 16(4) of Companies Act 1965 as a Private Limited Company. It was changed its name to LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. on 15th December 2005.
Since Dec 2006, LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. was categorized into two teams, which are Construction & Renovation. LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. has excellent cooperation relationship between site team & management team and it is enriched with the expertise of its existing executive director and management team, who has a wide range of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. In 2006, the company is registered with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB), Class G3.

Team Biography
Mr. Liew Hooi Beng is the Managing Director of LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. Besides, he is the team leader for the renovation project. He has more than 12 years of working experience in housing development industry, as well as in building renovation industry.
Mr. Yee Hock Kuat is the team leader for the construction project. He was joined LHB Capital Sdn. Bhd. late at year of 2005. He has more than 17 years of working experience in construction industry. He has more than 17 years of working experience in construction industry. He has extensive knowledge and great experience in the construction of all types of residential housing, such as high rise condominiums, low cost apartment, single storey & double storey terrace house, semi-detached, bungalow and etc.

The programme was launched in the early May of year 2007. We provide one stop soluiton for the customers who join as a member to this programme. The purpose of the program is to help the members confronting the house or office problem, save time and energy by searching for the contractor in advance. The annual fee cost only Ringgit Malaysia Thirty Five, and the members will be able to reach us and we will provide our service by visit the site or giving consultation for free within 24 hours.
We provide all facets needed for the home, including installation of windows and doors, hardware, interior cabinetry repair and installation, lightings, curtains, drilling services, painting, and many others.
For commercial, our hands-on experience includes managing light commercial projects. With a solid knowledge of finish-out and the various demands of a prospective tenant, to make the projects run smoothly, on budget and on time.
